We offer professional insight into identifying the security risks and needs of your House of Worship. We will begin with the nationally recognized FEMA Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) process. THIRA provides a comprehensive, consistent approach for identifying and assessing risks and associated impacts. The results of this assessment will be provided with recommended steps for creating (or modifying) your personalized Emergency Operation Plans (EOP).

Once you have your EOP established, TSP will provide your security team with the quality training they need to assure your congregation the safety they’ve come to expect at your worship services.

2. In-house CQB- Basic Room Clearing training
3. Situational Awareness & Response Training (Defensive Tactics) refresher
4.  Virtual Range Time at your location
5.  Stop-The-Bleed refresher

We utilize the MPOETC Back-up Duty Weapon Course for House of Worship Security team members. Successful completion of this course does not provides any credentials or benefits as it does to the Law Enforcement Officer. However, what it does is provide for the team is a standard set forth by the State of Pennsylvania for its active officers who to carry a back-up weapon on duty.

Prior to taking this course, the H.O.W. Security Team member must have successfully completed Levels 1 – 4.
