About Us

What is The Sheepdog Project about and why should I trust them for my firearm safety training?

Who we are

We are passionate about teaching you how to defend yourself in a real world situation. Not everyone goes running down the street with an AR15 or an AK47 slung from their neck; we'll save the "tactical ninja" training for our competitors. However, you are likely to find yourself in a Concealed Carry Use of Force situation, which is what we focus on. We believe strongly in the Second Amendment and exercising that right responsibly.

Our mission

Our mission is to teach law abiding citizens how to defend them self against the wolf. We use an Evidence Based Practice to provide you with cutting edge, state of the art training that has real-world application. When you’re looking to get the quality training you deserve, be sure to do your homework and verify the people teaching you aren't the lions or wolves who are hiding behind the cloak of a Sheepdog.

The members of our team have decades of experience as firearms instructors. We have received certifications from the Military, NRA, Department of Corrections, Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, Pennsylvania State Police and numerous other accredited entities. We take this honor seriously, and it sets us apart from many of the other companies out there lacking our pedigree; "Sheepdog."
